Expired Promotional Debit Card

I was sent a promotional debit card when I signed up for new service that I never used. It expired last October. Can I be issued a new one?

Hey, @user_f1fa3c! Thanks for posting on our community forums. Is this a Xfinity Mobile gift card or a residential service promotional gift card?

@XfinityDilary​ hi, I’d assume it would be residential. I got new internet service at my home. After staying/keeping the service for the specified period of time (I believe 3months), I was sent the promotional Visa debit card.
