Expired Debit Card
I received a Visa debit card a while back. Did some cleaning an found this Visa Card and then I realize that it had expired at the end of March 2022. I Have not use the visa card so it should still have a balance on the card.
Would it be possible to get a replacement card so we can still use it?
And please don’t ask me to call 877 368 7530 because it just loops into a menu and does not have the option to connect me to a live person to rectify the situation. [Edited: All Caps]

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
