Experiencing terrible speeds for my gig speed plan

Hey,

I am seeing below 10Mbps speeds on my 1100Mbps plan.

On my phone it does not even reach 1Mbps, and this according to xfinity's own speed test website.

I am in a community plan where everyone gets the same plan.

I am using wifi on my Mac, 2 years old, there is no issue with the modem.

user_wu06q4 Do you know if you're currently in a service interruption by any chance? You can check with our Xfinity app or with this link https://www.xfinity.com/support/statusmap to do so.

Yes, i have checked no outages reported, even on a good day it never went above 100mbps

user_wu06q4 Thank you for confirming! That rules out an area wide issue. How long have you been experiencing these slower speeds? Also have you tried any of the recommended troubleshooting steps from the Xfinity Support website found here?
