Expanding to Whitehouse, Texas wishes

We had Xfinity cable, Internet, and phones open until a few months ago when we moved to Whitehouse, Texas from Lakewood, Colorado. The service difference compared to what we have now I have no words for other than this really [Edited: "Language"].  I’m not sure where to start other than we are using Optimum with the highest package they have to offer and still not even offered an HD channel on the CW. Normally things like this wouldn’t matter to me, but we are watching a NASCAR race and it’s very noticeable how blurry the non-HD channel is. I could switch to DIRECTV or Dish Network but I i’ve Had both of their services in the past and neither one or as good as my Xfinity service. I miss small things like being able to talk into the remote And that shows movies or TV show shows that I search on other apps as well. I can’t even watch stuff in different rooms that was recorded on the DVR   I just really wish Xfinity services were available in my area. They surely spoiled me .
