Expand Xfinity Service to my Area

Me and my family have lived in a relatively rural area for most of my life. For years, we've dealt with multiple satellite and 4G internet providers with huge upcharges just to try and keep up with the broadband demands of our lives. Recently, we've started to run into more and more problems where our internet is just not sufficient. We live in the middle of our street, with about a mile on each side before you run into cable. We're stuck in a hole that prevents us from having access to any decent form of broadband that doesn't cost an arm and a leg. While we don't have the money for the construction, we just wanted to see how we could go about asking Xfinity to expand down the road help connect over 20 houses that are stuck without access to high quality internet. We put in a serviceability request around 6 months ago and when we talked to the rep, they told us to call back in about 6 months as Xfinity was planning on expanding down our road. After another phone call we still know nothing about whether Xfinity is even thinking about expanding to us. Please help.
