these aren't helpful. they appear to require a new line activation.

We are sorry to hear those are not the type of deals you are looking for @user_o5nxt7, since they require a new line of activation. I encourage you to keep an eye out for new deals on our website at https://www.xfinity.com/mobile/learn/deals. We launch new deals regularly and hope to have new offers soon that better suit your needs.

So looking at their answers, no it doesn’t seem to be so going forward unless you’re looking to fork over more money. I had a new phone and they told me I couldn’t use it (they’re the internet provider to an area I moved to), so I got an iPhone 14 pro max. It has been the worst phone. Now I’m trying to switch to a different brand.

”Not compatible” but the bands are. So I asked a rep from their text help number, they told me it was policy. They only contracted with these brands for their service apparently. Garbage.

I’ll be switching.
