Existing Customer
As in existing customer of 5 years, I should be entitled to the new $25 monthly plan which includes Xfi gateway and unlimited data for 24 months.
After being on the phone with “retention” I being told again and again that the offer is not for me, I like xfinity and have referred or others to xfinity but I must say getting ready to move on with Verizon or AT&T.
it’s sad to see promotions available for new customers and yet the existing ones are overlooked.
