Existing Customer - Out of Contract - Want to Renew with New Customer Pricing

Hello,  

We are out of contract and over the past two months our bill has increased significantly due to promos and offers expiring.  I'm wondering if we sign a new contract if new customer pricing can be offered to us.  We are looking to make a few adjustments to our plans as well.

user_y9m7eh Thank you for reaching out! Generally introductory pricing may not be available to existing customers. However, we can take a look at available promotional offers we have for your location, and make any changes needed to your services. Please send us a direct message. 
 
To send a "Direct Message" message:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
