Existing customer looking for competitive rate match/tier upgrade before considering local T-Mobile 5G options
Hello, I am an existing xfinity customer looking to speak with a corporate digital care specialist regarding my current speed tier and billing options. My previous ISP, tmobile 5g has recently upgraded their towers in the area and is offering much better speeds than they previously were able to at their previously low price point. Additionally, friends of mine living about 20 minutes away have been offered introductory offers of the same speed and price lock guarantees I have but at better prices than I was offered when I started my service. I'd prefer to stay on a traditional Xfinity plan, but I need to see if we can upgrade my current speed tier without a price hike. If a promotional match or the newer 5 year price lock guarantees aren't available for existing loyal accounts on my node, I will need to look more deeply into the upgraded Tmobile options or consider downgrading to Xfinitiy's NOW internet line to keep my costs under control. Please let me know if I can get connected over a secure DM to share my account details so a specialist can review my options with me.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
