I'm a longtime Xfinity customer with both internet and mobile service.
Currently, I'm paying $100 per month for 1.2 Gig internet, including unlimited data and the Xfinity WiFi Gateway. I also have two Xfinity Mobile lines costing another $75 monthly.
My current $30 internet promotional discount expires February 9, 2027, which will increase my internet bill to approximately $130 per month.
I'd like to remain an Xfinity customer, but I'm looking for a more competitive existing-customer offer.
Could an Xfinity representative please review available loyalty promotions, longer-term price guarantees, or upgrades to 2 Gig internet?
My preference is to maintain or increase my current internet speed while reducing my monthly cost, without affecting my mobile discounts or included Peacock Premium subscription.
I'd appreciate an opportunity to discuss available options with an Xfinity representative. Thank you!

As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list. An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
