Existing Customer Deals/Promotions

The discount on my "X1 Premier Pro+ Double Play with HBO Max" plan expired at the end of last month.  I have been searching online for a similar bundle, but haven't been able to find much for existing customers.  All I've seen are the "build your own" plans.  However, when I setup something similar to what I have now, my bill is increased even more. I've been a customer for over 10 years and would like to continue as such.  I  currently utilize the atuopay and paperless billing options.  Can any assistance be provided?

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

Sad to see this in writing. Would like to upgrade, but apparently now is not a good time. All the mobile phones seem to be using what ever it takes to get the new customers. Than to hell with them. SAD
