Existing Customer Cannot review plan options
Red Oak Townhomes, Houston TX - Community has bulk tenant agreement thru HOA. I'm an existing customer and our agreement ends on 10/07/2021. No one can help me renew my service ~ why is this so difficult. I've tried chatting and always end up at a "dead page" for bulk tenant agreements.

With a Bulk account like this, you would want to contact your HOA for more assistance. The HOA management can help go over the agreement further and direct you to your personal bulk community representative. I do apologize for the difficulties you have experienced with this process.
