Existing customer – 500 Mbps promotion expiring, looking to renew
Hi Xfinity Support,
I’m an existing Xfinity Internet customer with the 500 Mbps plan. I’m currently paying $45/month, which includes a $40 promotional discount that is scheduled to expire on August 18, 2026.
I would like to continue my Xfinity service at the same address and keep my 500 Mbps plan. I’m happy with the service and would prefer to renew for another year, but the Plan Builder is only showing me a 500 Mbps option at $85/month.
I’ve tried the Xfinity Assistant and phone support, but I haven’t been able to reach someone who can check my account for available promotions.
Could an Xfinity representative please help me review any existing-customer, renewal, or retention promotions available for my 500 Mbps service? Ideally, I’d like to renew my current $45/month promotional rate, or get as close to that rate as possible.
Thank you!
