Existing construction/drop-bury work order

Hi, we have a work order to replace cable between our house and the street. We received a text from Xfinity on September 4 saying that utilities would be marked within three days, but they remain unmarked as of today, September 21 and we have received no further information. The repair involves a long shared driveway and construction in our yard and our neighbor's yard. We have just had confirmation that other renovation work on our house will begin the first of next week. We need to coordinate dumpster placement and access. Please check the construction work order, the 811 locate status, and whether the job needs escalation. We need to know where to put the dumpster!

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
