Existing Comcast conduit — please try pull before new trench
Hi — I need help intercepting an active underground / OneDrop bury request before unnecessary locating and trenching.
Xfinity recently replaced my drop after intermittent signal issues. The tech ran a temporary line across the yard (tied off / laid across the lawn) and said a bury crew will come after utilities mark.
There is already an underground conduit that Comcast/Xfinity installed when this house was built about 4.5 years ago. Both ends are accessible. I want the underground crew to attempt pulling the new cable through that existing Comcast conduit first, and only dig a new path if the pull fails (blocked, crushed, stuck cable, etc.).
Please have Support DM me so we can add a clear note to the construction order.
