Executive Escalation Required for an eSIM Activation Deadlock

My husband and I are transferring 2 lines from T-Mobile (customers since 2007) today and are now in a total service outage across two states. A front-line agent cross-activated our phone numbers and entered the incorrect hardware info, resulting in a 'Number Lock' and database de-sync. The number swap cannot be done by the lock, and the Primary phone number cannot be activated to unlock. Standard retail and phone agents are locked out . I need an Executive Resolution Manager to coordinate with the Wireless Backoffice Engineering Team to FORCE CANCEL / VOID the stuck pending activation orders from the network queue so we can re-bind our numbers to our correct eSIM slots (iPhone IMEI 1 and Android IMEI 1/2). Both lines are completely disconnected from critical security authentications. It's very critical because we cannot make phone calls, have no data, nor authenticate anything that using our phone.... Please help.

That is an incredibly stressful situation to be in @user_x04djx! Being entirely cut off from your phone service across two states is a major disruption, especially on the day you are transferring your lines.

If you could send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account, I'd be more than happy to look into this for you.

To send a Direct Message:

Ensure you are logged in

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it.

You can see how to send a direct message here, Direct Message Within The Forum.
