Excessively Long Open Work Order To Bury Cable

Tech identified faulty cable under street as source of internet connection issues in early June. Ran new cable across road temporarily.

Utilities were marked soon after. Wire is still across road as November approaches. Live in northern US; snow not that far off. Followed up 4 times with Xfinity over phone/chat. Last time said work would be completed last week.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

phg8 Thanks for reaching out to us for assistance with a line bury concern that has been taking a long time to get completed. I would be happy to look into why it hasn't been buried at this time, and work to get it buried where it should be if anything more is needed at this time to get the work done.
