Excessive outages this month
I live in an area where we have had 8 out of the 16 days this month with outages. that is not an exaggeration. I just counted all of the outage text messages I’ve received. The problem began after scheduled maintenance on the first of the month. I’m in technology myself, so I understand the need for maintenance and enhancement, but this is unacceptable. What is your organization’s remediation plan to fix the current issue and ensure that it doesn’t continue to happen? I work from home and if this continues, I will have no choice but to go with a competitor. One that is more reliable.

To send a "Direct Message" message:
