Excess Line Removal

Hello:

I am Xfinity customer. It appears I have too many cable lines running to my home and some are completely unnecessary.  I would like to have the excess lines remoced prior to replacing our roof in August. Thank you!

Good evening, user_iytg7t! That's awesome you are getting a new roof in August! We would be happy to help with the lines. We will put in a ticket to have them removed. Our dispatch team puts in an order for our Line team to come out. From there, the team will get those removed. Our team will stay with you throughout. The process can take up to 21 days so it should be done in time for the work on your home.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
