Excellent Live Chat Service; Couldn't Fill Out Survey!

I wanted to leave a shining review for the great service I received from my live chat agent. But after I downloaded my transcript, the option did not appear! I really wanted to leave a good review because I'd like that agent to be recognized for their work. Is there a way I can do that still?
