Exceeded Number of Credits Limit

Hello, my account has "exceeded the number of credits". We've had 3 outages in the month of April and I was able to get credit for the first 2, but unable to get a credit for another outage that happened yesterday. My wife works from home full-time and I work from home part-time - these outages are effecting our ability to earn our income. The outage yesterday happened in the middle of important work meetings for both of us. How is there a limit on the number of credits one can receive but not a limit on the number of outages experienced? Can I please get help getting another credit on my account?
