Every time I try to Upgrade I get - Good news! Xfinity service is included at your address.

I am in an apartment that has communities but it said we have the option to upgrade to higher speeds. It wont let me get to that screen to even see the upgrades even though roommates are able to under their names with the same service.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to actual Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? Our team can most definitely take a further look at this issue.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3EqVMu7

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it

@XfinityOrlandoM

Hi there, I’m having a similar issue. I live in a condo where xfinity tv service is included and i have xfinity internet too. When i put in the address of where I’ll be moving, which is a standalone single family house, it says “good news! Xfinity service is included at your address!” The house hasn’t even been hooked up to the cable service line at the pole yet.

I am having the same issue, it’s very frustrating that the message for community service doesn’t contain more information or explain next steps and lots of people are confused by it.
