Every single Houston customer should cancel

Saying this company “dropped the ball” is an understatement. Centerpoint are literally being poisoned and attacked and they can get 2million lights back on, there’s literally no excuse for this level of incompetence. Every single person in Houston should cancel, we have been without tv, or internet for 12 days. Any attempt to speak with a human has failed, this company could have a case study on how to destroy a relationship with a customer in such a short amount of time. The service has never been perfect, but leaving us with “as soon as possible” for more than 10 days is ridiculous it almost feels outright malicious. Imagine expecting anyone to pay their bill when we can’t get any level of transparency. At this point how can I cancel as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Our awesome Xfinity techs are working around the clock to get everyone services back up and running this link https://texas.comcast.com/alerts/ has great information on what our techs are doing to get everybody back up and running and to repair our nodes . Are awesome Xfinity app https://www.xfinity.com/apps  is a great tool to be notified when the service interruptions are back up and running or to get a notification with the revised service date time has been set up when service will be back up and running

 

If you see a notification listed under as soon as possible that means there's no estimated time on when the service will be back up and running due to how much because in the area and to our nodes.

 

I'm glad you do have power back to your home currently most of our nodes have been affected and damaged by the hurricane so that's where the delay is on getting everyone's services back up

 

I do hope the information I provided helps you and just know we're working to get everyone services working as soon as spot
