Even this post doesn’t work

Trying to post about issues and keep getting message “oops something is wrong, refresh” when try to submit it Xfinity is blocking me from contacting support because of a service outage. Customers may need to speak about other issues than to report the outage. This is terrible customer service. Contact me please ASAP.
