Ethics with customers
You need better integrity and character. Your new unethical practices are alarming. Emails insisting phantom billing promotions are ending, combined with promo pages that won't open and insist one call customer service only for salespeople to hustle contract promotions. I had no promotions ending in the first place. Xfinity admitted this thereafter, but not before subjecting me to high pressure sales for contract offers. It's unethical tactics.
