ETA/ outage/ Katy TX

I have been out of internet service since sunday, my job is definitely will be impacted because of inability to communicate proper and accurate information.


is that to much to ask for? I live in katy tx

The best way for you to track real time updates is by using the Xfinity App, and by visiting our Status Center. Here, you may also sign up for text notifications of any updates as well, just keep in mind that the interruption can be intermittent until service is fully restored in your area. We're working hard to get things up and running for you as quickly as we can, I assure you!

I work from home. My service went out on July 8, here it is Wednesday. My power is back on so I can work. Everyone in my area has their power back on but no internet service. Im losing money each day im not bringing in income. We live in the acres home area zip code 77088, when will our service be back on. Our power is on so there is no reason why we can’t get our service up and running.

I live in Katy, TX too and I am still without Xfinity internet!  My 85 year old mom lives with me and the tv is all she has to pass the time!  Can you guys not give us an ETA on our service?

They aren't giving any real updates or ETA details in the app or anywhere else, just "as soon as possible". It's incredibly frustrating, especially for people who need to work from home. No updates, the outage map hasn't changed for days (still shows over 2,000 customers affected in my neighborhood). No real communication from Comcast. Very disappointing response during already trying times.
