Estimated time to restore service after power outage please!

Power outage last night in my zip 01921. Car vs pole. Power restored at 10:15 PM. This am no internet wifi cable.

Unable to contact a person because of the recognized outage. Outage map just shows my house. Help please.

I need to make decisions on 

Where I need to work out of my home office if necessary
