Estimated Time of Restoration

I want a no nonsense answer to when my internet service will be restored at [Edited: "Personal Information"]. Every day you text me telling me it is today and nothing! Now I am hearing from other customers that you are predicting it will be down until 10/19! Your customer service number is useless...just ends the call! Can you please give me some kind of legitimate answer
