ESPN Unlimited
Every time I try to access ESPN Unlimited content through the ESPN app I get sent to a page asking me to look at options to purchase a plan even though I am signed into my Disney/ESPN account and signed in through my cable provider (Xfinity). I have logged out of both and logged back in, have completely Uninstalled the ESPN app and redownloaded only to get the same error every time. I have tried these steps multiple times over the past few days and it continues to not work. I activated the subscription with xfinity as well so I know that isnt the issue. Can someone please assist with getting this fixed?
I even went as far as trying to update the email address tied to my disney/espn account to the comcast email which should not be necessary. This also did not work

I see that you mentioned you were previously able to activate ESPN Unlimited, but you’re now being prompted to select a plan.
To help narrow this down a bit, are you experiencing the same issue when accessing Disney+ as well, or does it seem specific to ESPN? Additionally, what type of device are you using (for example, mobile device, smart TV, or streaming device), and have you had a chance to try signing in on an alternate device to see if the issue persists?

Cannot access either, missed Wrestlemania also. Any idea what we do. I called customer service last night they tried boosting signal, but that won’t work. I guess espn Unlimited isn’t really free. It used to work now can’t access anything.

I was having the same problem. We have two mydisney accounts. I would type in the correct account with the Unlimited subscription. When the app would ask for a password or do biometric sign in, I would do biometric and the app would automatically sign me in to the incorrect account. I had to type in the password in order to log in to the correct account. Hope that helps some of you.
