ESPN Unlimited

Every time I try to access ESPN Unlimited content through the ESPN app I get sent to a page asking me to look at options to purchase a plan even though I am signed into my Disney/ESPN account and signed in through my cable provider (Xfinity).  I have logged out of both and logged back in, have completely Uninstalled the ESPN app and redownloaded only to get the same error every time.  I have tried these steps multiple times over the past few days and it continues to not work.  I activated the subscription with xfinity as well so I know that isnt the issue.  Can someone please assist with getting this fixed?

I even went as far as trying to update the email address tied to my disney/espn account to the comcast email which should not be necessary.  This also did not work

Good afternoon @user_9pyd6y and thank you for reaching out to us on our Community Forums regarding your ESPN Unlimited concerns—we appreciate you taking the time to contact us. I see that you mentioned you were previously able to activate ESPN Unlimited, but you’re now being prompted to select a plan.

To help narrow this down a bit, are you experiencing the same issue when accessing Disney+ as well, or does it seem specific to ESPN? Additionally, what type of device are you using (for example, mobile device, smart TV, or streaming device), and have you had a chance to try signing in on an alternate device to see if the issue persists?

Once we have that information, we’ll be happy to help with the next steps or look into additional troubleshooting if needed.

Disney Plus opens just fine.  I am specifically trying to log in to access the content via the ESPN app on mobile at the moment which is where I am encountering the issue.  I have not yet tried watching via the espn app through comcast on my TV at home

Thanks for your help, @user_9pyd6y! If you visit our StreamStore website, https://www.xfinity.com/learn/digital-cable-tv/streaming-services and login, does ESPN show activated?
