espn+ cancel

ESPN+ is listed on my paper bill.  It is $11.99 and says "manage your subscription on the ESPN+ website". When I go to ESPN+ it says that it is "Manage on Comcast".

So I can not cancel my subscription thru either website

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

My ESPN+ account (My Disney) says I have no active subscriptions but you are billing me for ESPN+ streaming.  How do I stop the billing!

@jimann2008 Thank you for reaching out to our community forum so we can help you manage your streaming services billed through Xfinity. How does that charge appear on your monthly bill? Are you being billed for ESPN+ as part of a bundle deal or is it a standalone monthly charge? You can find instructions to manage your subscriptions here
