esim fraud and no support from Xfinity!
Our entire xfinity account was hacked and we do not have access to our phones. We do not have access to our phone lines and all of our informatlion including our identity has been compromised, money taken out of our accounts, all of our apps used, and we have spent over 20 hours on the phone with service and there has been absolutely NOTHING done to help us to regain access to our account. We have been transferred to 20 different people, we have physically driven to the Xfinity store and at each step they tell us that they have opened a ticket and that someone from Xfinity is investigating the issue. Meanwhile we have absolutely ZERO safety on our accounts and the hacker continues to use our informaltion to open accounts and phish for information from our family, friends, and places of employment. This is unacceptable!
