Escalation

By far one of the worst internet companies I have ever experienced. Their techs need additional training because they poorly fix internet connection problems and knock out other people internet as a result. A technician came to my property and cause my internet outage fixing someone else’s issue. When I called to repeatedly ask for assistance regarding the matter, I was disregarded and brushed off. I was told my service would be fixed in 3-5 business days and I don’t think that’s fair. The service was knocked out and they have no intention on fixing my service. Poor excuse of a company and I will be escalating this situation to the commission because their is no way it’s safe for live wires to run across yards on the ground and transformers to sit open and exposed.
