ESCALATION
I have complained about this issue over and over again. I need the Xfinity wire in my backyard to be buried or hidden somehow. It is a big fall risk. I keep calling customer care and I have even gone to an office to complain. Everytime they schedule someone to come take care of it but nothing has been done still. I need this taken care of ASAP. I do not want to wait until someone falls and breaks a bone. A internet cable cannot just be left laying around in a backyard. It is the orange color wire . It’s been like that since they came to install the internet! Please HELP
