Escalation Request – Ongoing Unresolved Service Issue (Account Assistance Needed)

I am experiencing repeated service outages with no explanation from support. The current outage started over My internet 24 hours ago, and I have been told the earliest technician appointment is several days away. This is directly impacted my work and hence it affects my family financial. 
When I attempted to cancel due to the ongoing service failure, I was informed I would be charged a cancellation fee. Given that Xfinity is not meeting its service obligations, I am requesting immediate escalation and review of both the outage and the cancellation policy being applied to my account.
