Escalation needed: Damaged Coax Drop from Burial Crew + Ongoing issues with Assigned Investigator

Hello Xfinity Support Team,

I am reaching out for assistance with service and property issues caused by Xfinity technicians.

During a recent line burial at my apartment, the crew badly dented the coaxial cable line that goes to my apartment. This has caused ongoing signal issues. The lockbox at my apartment is also damaged and does not close completely. I have reported these problems, but the assigned investigator has stated that Xfinity will not repair or replace the damaged coax cable line to my apartment or the lockbox.

I have unanswered questions about my service and technical issues dating back to March 30th. The last two times that I called Executive Customer Relations requesting to speak with a case manager, the investigator on my case called me back instead and was very angry. I am a polite, paying customer and have felt very anxious about the situation, especially since the investigator has made fun of how I live in a low income apartment and has threatened to discontinue service several times. Executive Customer Relations has not followed up with a callback as requested. I feel trapped because the investigator has indicated that I can only speak with him and will not allow me access to anyone else. I would like a proper repair/replacement of the damaged coax cable line to my apartment and the lockbox at my apartment at no cost to me, answers to my questions, and assistance from Executive Customer Relations or a different escalation team. I have photos of the dented coax cable line to my apartment and the damaged lockbox available if needed. Any help getting this resolved would be really appreciated.

Thank you.
