Escalate underground service line installation
Hello, I’ve been waiting months for installation of an underground service line to my house. Every time I call customer support I get the runaround or told that someone will contact me within a certain period of time, which never actually happens. I have no idea what’s happening or how long this will take. I was originally told it would take a couple weeks and that was many many weeks ago.
Please escalate my Case and get back to me as soon as possible. Thank you.
