error when ordering update TV boxes
I got a message saying I needed to update my TV boxes. following the link, I check the box next to the ones that need updated. When going to submit the order I get an error message.
"Looks like something went wrong
Please reload the page and try again."
I can refresh the page and do it all again but no matter, I always get this message.

I am very sorry to hear about the experience with attempting to replace the cable boxes, it certainly is not what we want for our customers. Have you attempted to clear your browser cache and cookies, and attempt again? If that doesn't work, can you attempt it in an incognito tab?
