Error when attempting to look at plans

Hi!

I'm going to be moving next month, and am attempting to look up internet plans. When I'm logged in, any attempt to look at the internet plans takes me to this error page: https://www.xfinity.com/error/buy/sorry?errorCode=plan-error

Currently running Firefox 122.0 on MacOS Sonoma, Intel chip.

Edit: Replicated it also in Chrome 121 on Windows.

If this is a widespread issue on your end, I can just try again later. If it's not something other customers have reported, could I get some direct assistance please?

Thanks!

@totes Hello and thank you for reaching out here on our Xfinity Community Forums and for considering Xfinty as a service provider. There are no known issue reported for our website or app. Have you tried to clear your cache/cookies and reboot? It is amazing how those steps can clear most issues. If that does not work for you, I would be happy to review options with you. To get started, you need to send a direct message with your full name and future address.

To send a "Direct Message" message:

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Messaging" icon at the top of the page (looks like a text bubble)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it

Just reached out to support, since I was able to replicate in cacheless browsers as well. Thanks Christy!
