Error when activating Peacock Premium

When I click the "Activate" button on the xfinity.com/yoursubscriptions page, I get an error saying "Something unexpected happened." I've tried on multiple occasions and received the same error. Please advise on how to activate Peacock Premium.

Hey there Seamaster, thanks for reaching out through our community forums! Sorry to hear your having issues activating Peacock. To get a better idea of the issue you're having, is this meant to be included with Xfinity Rewards membership, a new internet plan, or with Xfinity StreamSaver? Also, have you already tried clearing the cache and cookies on your browser before trying to activate again?

Hi - yes, this premium subscription is included with the Home Internet that I started today. It includes 2 years of Peacock Premium.

I just tried deleting cookies and I'm still getting the same error.

Thanks!

Alright, we can assist you further with this.

Please send us a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forums page.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window and press Enter to send it.
