Error tvapp-00380

Playback on DVR keeps cutting out and then error tvapp-00380 comes up. Speed is fine, no other devices using wifi.

Good evening @user_spykne. Have you tried any troubleshooting on your end?

Yes. Backed out of program. Exited out of app. Turned TV off and on. Turned router off and on. 

This comes and goes. Happened every 3 to 5 mins for an hour. Then fine for an hour. Then happening again for 20ish mins.
