Error TVAPP-00148

This error (TVAPP-00148) happens multiple times a day and takes a while each time for the TV to play again. This is with NOW TV. There is not a WiFi issue when this happens. I’ve tried all the typical on/off, unplug/plug, resetting, etc. and the error just keeps happening. Does anyone know why and how to fix it? By the way other apps work fine at the same time that Xfinity isn’t working.

To send a "Direct Message" ("Private") message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message chat" icon

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send it
