Error "This communication is built and sent through Adobe, so preview is not available within CMP." When I try to view my Order agreements

Hello,

I receive the error message, "This communication is built and sent through Adobe, so preview is not available within CMP." when I try to view my order agreement under 'legal agreements and contracts.' I've tried going into different browsers and even incognito mode, but I still can't see this document. Is this something I need to fix on my end or Xfinity needs to fix on theirs?
