Error messages activating ESPN Unlimited
I have a Comcast TV subscription that comes with ESPN Unlimited. When I go to https://www.xfinity.com/yoursubscriptions and click on the 'Activate' button, I get an error message that simply states "Something unexpected happened. Please close this pop up and try again. If the problem persists, try again later". I've been trying for 6 months -- and have probably clicked on the button 250 times.
I've used every different browser possible (Edge, Safari, Chrome, Firefox). I've called into Xfinity support at least 6 different times -- and been escalated to engineering at least twice. I've been told it's a provisioning error on the back end -- but the issue has (still) never been solved.
What do I need to do to get this issue addressed? It's football season and I want to be able to watch ESPN on the go -- as well as ESPN+ specific content.

Hi, and thank you for bringing this to our attention. I can absolutely understand how frustrating it would be to spend the last six months trying to activate ESPN Unlimited as an ESPN subscriber myself. Especially after troubleshooting on your own, contacting support multiple times, and being told the issue may be related to backend provisioning. Based on everything you've shared, it sounds like this may require a deeper review of the entitlement and activation status associated with your account, particularly since the error persists across multiple browsers and devices and has already been escalated previously. Would you mind sending us a direct message with your first/last name and full address by clicking the "direct message" icon on the upper right page of the forum page? Once you click on that, click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon. In the 'To:" line, input our shared handle "Xfinity Support" to send us a direct message, so we can take a closer look at the account. If you have any previous ticket, repair, or escalation numbers from the engineering investigations, please include those as well. We'll review the prior work, verify that the ESPN Unlimited benefit is properly provisioned on the account, and determine whether a new escalation is needed to get this issue resolved. We know football season is underway and appreciate your patience. We'd be happy to investigate this further and work toward getting your ESPN Unlimited access activated.
