I am getting this message when I try to compose emails: 

Error

The connection to remote server imap-west.ge.xfinity.com was refused or timed out while attempting to connect. Please try again later.
How do I fix this??

Hello, @user_fhxc83 thank you for reaching out over Xfinity Forum. I understand the importance of being able to send emails, and want to help if you're still experiencing issues sending emails. If so are you trying to send from here: https://www.xfinity.com/email or a 3rd party client?

- Have you attempted some basic troubleshooting of clearing your devices cache/history to see if that can help clear the error?
