Error Message "Looks like something went wrong"

I'm attempting to upgrade my TV box for X1 service.  When I submit my order I keep getting the error message "Looks like something went wrong.Please reload the page and try again."  The return request just keeps going to this message.  I've tried Chrome and Firefox browsers.
