Error message in comcast email

Hello, anytime I log into my email the following error message pops up:

"An error occurred inside the server which prevented it from fulfilling the request."

I am very sorry to hear about your experience with attempting to access your comcast.net email. Are you using a 3rd party mail client to access the email or directly from the site? Have you completed any troubleshooting steps?
