Error logging into the prepaid center website

Trying to log into the my prepaid center website. But I keep getting this error message; "There was an error signing in. Please try again later." I've tried logging in using my desktop  phone, and tablet. I've even tried an incognito window, and it's still it populates this same message.

Hello sbellis , Thanks for reaching us here on Xfinity Forums. Sorry that the site is giving you issues. Can you send me the website link that you are getting the error message for? Want to make sure you are using the most up-to-date link.

Just to clarify. The website link loads but the error pops when you try to sign in correct?

Hello, @user_y856mv the link you provided seems to work on our end. Have you power-cycled your modem to see if this corrects the issue? I would also check the advanced security feature in the Xfinity App to ensure the site address is not being blocked.

Xfinity xFi Advanced Security is a free feature for Xfinity Internet subscribers with a compatible xFi Gateway. It protects connected devices by preventing access to risky sites, blocking remote access to smart devices from dangerous sources, and monitoring network activity in real-time. Users can enable Advanced Security through the Xfinity app by selecting the appropriate options in the Home tab or Overview section. Additionally, Advanced Security on the go provides safe browsing for mobile devices on unsecured WiFi networks, available to specific Xfinity customers.
