Hi, I just received a confirmation for my order, and the shipping and billing addresses are incorrect. How do I get this changed?

Why doesn't anyone ever answer anyone's questions on here telling them how to fix anything. It's always you guys that have to fix it? Is that just job security or what? Why not just tell us how to fix it so someone looking at all these questions can see an actual answer on here somewhere? Unbelievable.
