Error code 04036

I’ve been seeing error code 04036 for over a month now when trying to open the ESPN+ streaming app. I contacted customer service 3 weeks ago and it is still not resolved. Can you please fix it asap, it’s a bug inconvenience. Thank you

Can you confirm for me if ESPN+ is the only application where you are coming across this error code?

@XfinityMarcus​ hi! Yes, it’s the only app I’m having issues with, but since it is the main sports platform I use, it is very inconvenient.

user_4p4jjw  the APPS 04036 error is a general connectivity error. This may be resolved by refreshing the X1 cable box and modem. To reset your X1 Box, say "System Refresh" into your X1 remote, then follow the prompts.
